If we ship the wrong item or miss an item, we take responsibility.
Within 7 days of delivery you can return an item without giving a reason, except custom and other special goods.

Send proof: the order details, a short description, and photos or video if needed.
Ship it back: after the request is approved, follow the instructions. We then refund or replace the item.
