1. Accounts
You need full legal capacity to register. If you are under 18, use the service with a guardian. You are responsible for your account and password, and for activity under that account. Tell us at once if you see unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to follow applicable law and not to: Post anything illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights. Upload viruses or malicious code, or disrupt the platform. Place fake orders or otherwise interfere with normal operation. Try to reach non-public parts of the platform without permission.
3. Products and orders
We work to keep product information accurate, and we may correct a mistake and cancel an order that was placed because of it. When you place an order and pay, a sales contract is formed with the seller. Availability and price are those confirmed on the order. Displayed prices include VAT and exclude shipping when shipping is charged separately. You agree to use the payment services we specify and to follow their terms.
4. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, software, and other content on Lingxi Community are protected. Do not use, change, or copy them without written permission.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that a product is fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for interruption or data loss caused by events outside our control, such as attacks, viruses, or government action, or by causes that are not our fault.
6. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms and post the new version on the site. Continued use means you accept the revision. If you break these terms, we may limit, suspend, or close your account.
